Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers aligned with the conference scope. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
Formatting: Submissions must strictly follow the Springer LNCS template (LaTeX or MS Word). The maximum length is 12 pages, including references and appendices.
Submission Link: The submission portal will be announced soon. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter.
Review Process: Each paper will be reviewed by at least two experts in the field. Criteria include originality, technical soundness, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Publication: All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series for publication (pending approval). Accepted papers must be presented by at least one of the authors.
Indexing: The proceedings will be submitted for indexing in:
- Scopus
- Web of Science
- DBLP
- Google Scholar
- EI Compendex
Ethics & Plagiarism: Submissions must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Papers will be screened for plagiarism using industry-standard tools.
Presentation: This is a fully virtual conference conducted via Zoom. Authors must register and present their work online to be included in the proceedings.
